IMPORTANT: Silent Killers of Women

My dear friends,

You MUST check out Dr. Mehmet Oz's segment on Good Morning America. He discusses the silent killers of women, two of which are female cancers. As a uterine cancer survivor, I'm the flesh and blood example of the importance of early detection. Listen to your body and take action. I urge you to watch the video below.

Be well, Fran

Dolls,

With the start of the new year, we must continue (or for some, START!) to kick in our inner medical consumer.  Watch the below video from MSNBC and Dr. Paula Johnson, the Chief of Women's Health at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston who agrees it's important women understand symptoms and take action!  Let 2010 be your year of health and wellness!

Hi dolls,
I'm sure you all have heard by now that  this past Saturday, Nov. 7th, the House of Represenatives passed "The Affordable Health Care for America Act" which passed with a vote 220 to 215.  This is significant in our nation's history.

Fran Rides the Press Train!

Dolls,

Guess what?! Cancer Schmancer now has a fabulous text-to-give program, so grab your cell and donate $5 by texting FRAN to 85944.  Remember, early detection = survival so let no woman go unscreened!

Also, on November 10th I'll be launching the Fran Brand on the Home Shopping Network; my natural, eco-friendly skin care line.  We have to go back to glass, baby, and get away from the plastic!  What's even more exciting is that 5% of proceeds will be donated to Cancer Schmancer!
