In staying true to my goals, last week I successfully completed my first ever 5 day cleanse from Living Juice.  I felt very alert and had a lot of energy, let’s just say I accomplished a lot!

For those of you who read my blog on the anniversary for Cancer Schmancer you will recall that one of my changes I committed to making was to start juicing.   So, in keeping in line with my goals not only did I purchase my first juicer, I am now on day 4 of a 5 day juice cleanse!  I feel alert, energized and excited to share my experience with you.   In fact, I had so much energy I wrote this article at 3:45 am before heading to my studio for a 10000M row.
