Reid Drescher

Reid Drescher is Treasurer and a valuable board member of Cancer Schmancer since 2007. He is President and CEO of investment banking firm, Spencer Clarke LLC. Mr. Drescher founded Spencer Clarke in 1997 and has built it into a prestigious financial organization with a respected name in the financial services industry. He has over 25 years of experience as an Investment Manager, Investment Banker, Portfolio Manager and has extensive expertise in capital raise, financial engineering, private placements, reverse mergers and acquistion transactions.  Mr. Drescher also is a Portfolio Manager at Cape One, that makes private structured investments into public and private companies.

Prior to founding Spencer Clarke and acting as Portfolio Manager for Cape One Financial, Mr. Drescher served from 1994 to 1997 as Senior Vice President-Investments and Senior Portfolio Manager with PaineWebber Inc, and also served in the same positions with Prudential Securities from 1990 to 1994.  Mr. Drescher is a graduate of The University of Miami with a degree in Business Administration.
