WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA)-- Angie Goff reports Fran Drescher brought that famous laugh to the district bur for a very serious reason. She brought attention to the fight against uterine cancer with the use of high fashion.

Designer Mark Bouwer presented a runway show at Modus Union Spring 2011. DC Housewive's Mary Amons organized the event to help Drescher's charity Cancer Schmancer. The show was held outside in Southeast at The Yards Park.
