One-Ingredient Banana Ice Cream

Here's a healthy, fiber-rich treat to help break your processed food habit.

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 2-3 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Toppings: dark chocolate chips, fresh fruits, granola, hemp seeds, cacao nibs.

Directions

1. Add frozen bananas and blend on high-speed. Pause and scrape the sides as needed to ensure the bananas are thoroughly blended. Blending time varies depending on your blender.

2. If adding vanilla extract, add it into blender and blend for a few more seconds. 

3. Serve it with the toppings of your choice.
