Fran Drescher and Cancer Schmancer are celebrating our WE THE FUTURE youth program this Father’s Day and we invite you to be a part of it!
Submit your art for auction to support Cancer Schmancer’s programs. Artwork submitted will be proudly displayed and part of the silent auction at our event on June 19th!
WHAT TO DO:
Submit your artwork to reflect one of three topics:
• MOVEMENT – Regularly exercising and staying active helps to keep you healthy! Capture movement in your work of art.
• WELLBEING – Listening to your body is one of the most important things you can do to stay healthy. Express the importance of being empowered and taking care of your physical and emotional health in your art work.
• WE THE FUTURE – We must work together to improve our generation’s health. Create a piece of art that illustrates what a healthier world looks like to you.
HOW TO DO IT:
Paint, draw, collage, snap a photo…. the sky’s the limit! Just make sure it’s framed and no larger than 11x14.
GUIDELINES:
• Entrants need not be present at the June 19th event but are encouraged to purchase tickets and attend. Tickets can be purchased through www.CancerSchmancer.org.
• Cancer Schmancer will be displaying all art submissions for sale in our auction at the event.
• Cancer Schmancer has full rights to choose starting sale prices for all submissions.
All proceeds from the art auction will benefit Cancer Schmancer.
• Artists are encouraged to consider that the auction will be open to the public, including families and children.
• Entries must be 2D artwork and crafts including, but not limited to: paintings, drawings, collage, and photography. All artwork must be submitted in a frame that can be hung.
• Deadline: Entries for the art auction must be submitted by June 10, 2011 with the attached art auction entry form to:
