Can you believe it's already August?! I cannot believe how quickly time flies, but it's all good because the next few months have a lot in store for us! Here's a little sneak peek.
September marks Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Month, and what better way to celebrate than to launch our Cancer Schmancer Squads on college campuses across the nation! Stay tuned for how you can bring Cancer Schmancer to your school.
In October, as we celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Cancer Schmancer will host an online auction to benefit our education programs. And I'll let you in on a little secret. Some of the awesome lots you can bid on are Chelsea Lately tickets, a VIP Universal Studios Experience Package, and a daytime lunch and hike with yours truly!

Ask Your Representative to Co-Sponsor the Re-Authorization of Johanna's Law!
In 2007, the Cancer Schmancer Movement helped secure $6.5 million for Johanna's Law: The Gynecologic Cancer Education and Awareness Act for a national education campaign led by the CDC. But our work's not finished. Ask your representative to co-sponsor the re-authorization of Johanna's Law and let's continue to make a difference in the cancer community!
