Baked Kale Chips
A healthy alternative to potato and corn chips when you feel like something crunchy
Ingredients
- 1 bunch organic kale
- 1 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil (or more to taste)
- Fresh ground pepper & sea salt to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Wash kale and remove large center stem
- Tear kale into pieces slightly larger than chip size
- Toss kale in olive oil, salt, and pepper until lightly coated all over
- Spread kale in one layer on a cookie sheet. Parchment paper is very helpful
- Bake for 10-15 minutes. Keep an eye on them because they will burn quickly.
- Serve hot & enjoy
